1.1. SHIPPING FEES POLICY

All products available in our store are shipped directly from our overseas suppliers to the address provided at the time of purchase via postal service. We offer two shipping options:

Free Shipping, it takes 5 TO 10 DAYS, has a fixed cost of R$0.00 and takes 5 to 10 business days (after the product is dispatched), depending on the location.

Product dispatch takes place within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation in our system.

We guarantee a tracking code so that customers can monitor the progress of their order’s delivery.

Important: In certain cases, this delivery timeframe may be extended by a few extra business days due to delays, strikes, holidays, peak periods at the postal service, or other situations beyond our control.

Our store guarantees the delivery of your order. We take full responsibility for refunding the total amount paid for products that are lost or misplaced during the delivery process. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and free online tracking; your product delivery is 100% guaranteed.

1.2. INSURED SHIPPING

"The average general delivery time is up to 20 business days after dispatch. If the product is delayed and not delivered within 70 business days from dispatch, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid."

Important: You may receive more than one package, as your products might be shipped from different suppliers. If you receive one product first and another later, do not worry—this is completely normal.

1.3. ORDER TRACKING

The logistics process and tracking code release may take 3 to 7 business days between order confirmation and tracking code availability.

All orders will be shipped via postal service or another courier service, and a tracking code will always be provided so that customers can track their order’s delivery progress. Finalli Buy is committed to guiding customers on how to track their orders. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it becomes available in our system.

The tracking code is usually provided within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS (IMPORTANT)

2.1. ADDRESSING INFORMATION FOR ORDERS

Finalli Buy will ship products to the address provided by the customer. Therefore, to ensure smooth delivery, please pay close attention when entering your address.

2.2. RECIPIENT ABSENT

Make sure there is someone available at the address to receive your order. The postal service will attempt three deliveries. If no one is available at the address on any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest post office branch.

In this case, the recipient must collect the package from the post office branch within 7 calendar days. If the package is not collected, according to postal service regulations, it will be returned to the sender, and the product will be re-shipped at no additional cost.

All details regarding delivery attempts and the address of the post office branch where the package must be collected in case of absence are recorded in the order tracking system, which can be accessed on the postal service website using the tracking code provided by our store.

2.3. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Finalli Buy is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address entries when placing an order. If the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, according to postal service regulations, the package will be returned to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made to the same address.

If delivery is not completed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to collect the package from post office, the customer is entitled to either a refund or free reshipment.

2.4. TAXED OR DUTIED PRODUCTS

If any duties or additional charges are imposed, they will be covered by Finalli Buy. Rest assured—you will only pay the amount listed for the product on our website.
