How long does it take to receive a refund?

Depending on your location, we estimate that it may take up to three weeks after shipping the package for us to receive your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.

• Credit card, depending on your billing cycle and due date, the refund may take between one to two billing cycles.

Refund Without Return
