EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
At Finalli Buy, customer satisfaction comes above all.
All our products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. Therefore, if you have made a purchase but are not satisfied, whether because the product has a manufacturing defect or is completely different from what you ordered, follow the steps below to request an exchange:

Inform our team about the issue via our email info@finallibuy.com, sending clear photos of the defective product or the incorrect product you received, within 14 calendar days of receipt, as stipulated by law.

Attention: We DO NOT process exchanges or refunds after this period, in accordance with the laws governing this procedure.

Your complaint will be reviewed within a maximum of 2 business days, and if the issue is confirmed, we will contact you via email, and you may choose one of the following options:
- Receive a refund of the amount paid.
- Receive a new product identical to the one ordered.
- Receive a product of similar value.
- Receive a voucher with the product's value for future purchases.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT accept your order if the postal packaging is open or damaged. Contact our Customer Service (SAC) immediately via email at info@finallibuy.com, so that we can take appropriate action with the postal service.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You can request an exchange or return of a product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days after receiving your order, in accordance with current legislation.
The right of withdrawal is established, guaranteeing the consumer the possibility to return a purchased product, provided that the purchase was made outside a physical store.
The period is 14 days and starts counting from the date of receipt of the product or contract signature. It is also important to mention that any amounts paid will be refunded to the consumer if the right of withdrawal is exercised.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
Submitting a request is simple. Follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@finallibuy.com.
- In your email, provide:
- Product name
- Order number
- Registered email
- Reason for the exchange
- After receiving your request, our Customer Service (SAC) will respond with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
RETURN OPTIONS
If all conditions for return or exchange are met, we will refund the total amount paid, including shipping costs (if applicable), based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
EXCHANGE OPTION
If all conditions for exchange or return are met, we will issue a store credit (voucher) in the amount paid (including shipping, if applicable) for use on future purchases.
- If the chosen product costs less than the store credit, a refund of the difference will only be issued in cases of defective products.
- If the chosen product costs more than the store credit, the customer must pay the difference using any payment method available on our website.

You must take the product to an post office branch or authorized post office and send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.

REFUND METHODS AND PROCESSING TIMES
Once the return is approved and the product is received, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Credit Card Payments: The refund will be processed as a chargeback to your credit card, which will appear within one to two billing cycles, depending on your card's closing date.

Bank Transfer Refunds: The refund will be deposited into the original purchaser's bank account within 30 days of the return confirmation.
- Important: Refunds cannot be issued to a third party’s bank account.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you request order cancellation after the product has been shipped, the refund will only be processed after the item has been returned.
Once the returned product is received, the customer has 14 days to contact us via email (info@finallibuy.com) for further instructions on returning the product and receiving a refund.
REFUND POLICY FOR LOST, STOLEN, OR RETURNED PACKAGES
